Amy + Clay

Amy + Clay‘s day was exactly as it should have been; perfect. Hundreds of little dreams and visions that pulled together, and came to life. I don’t think we could have been more excited for them if we tried. And, they couldn’t have been more deserving of such a perfect day, if they tried! They’re just remarkable humans. We started this ride as their acquaintances and photographers, but ended up with the great privilege of counting ourselves among the giant roomful of people who get to call Amy + Clay, their friends. We were truly spoiled with the opportunity to capture this day, and retell their story.

Sweet, heartfelt, emotional, light, intimate, goofy, fun, crazy, authentic. We can’t possibly sum up them or their day, with so few words. Thank goodness for all of these photos, so we don’t shortchange a single piece, with all of the wonderful dimensions and layers.

To Amy + Clay: Thank you guys, for choosing us to help take care of you, and tell your story! We already were never going to forget part one of this adventure, flying to Colorado, in search of mountains, margaritas and a few killer engagement photos, and now you’ve somehow managed to raise the bar even higher with your incredible wedding day! This whole time, you’ve made our job easy, and way too fun to really be a ‘job’. If this is just the start of your lives together, Lord only knows what incomparable awesomeness, is still to come! Congratulations! Thanks for being the best!
